About the role

In this role you will work as part of a centralized operations team and respond to continual and varied requests from other colleagues to support the work we do for our clients via a support queue.

These requests may include:

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple requests via a support queue.

  • Working with applications that bring an innovative new approach to market research and co-collaboration.

  • Quality assurance testing on both mobile and web browsers for our Catalyst platform.

Who You Are?

You are dynamic, effective at multitasking, detail-oriented and analytical. You are experienced and comfortable with technology and like to explore and innovate. You enjoy learning and figuring out new things. You are eager to contribute and collaborate through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork. In addition, you have demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite and proven understanding and an aptitude for web-based programming languages. Most importantly, you work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant qualification and 2+ years of professional experience.

  • Familiarity with applications focused on bug tracking and repositories (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

  • Demonstrated success at prioritizing tasks, working independently, and handling detailed-oriented requests.

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with Excel and Word

  • Comfortable and articulate in working directly with colleagues and teammates.

  • The ability to effectively communicate verbally or in written form
