Customer Success Specialist – French

As one of our unique capabilities, we're hiring a Customer Success Specialist for our growing team in Dublin.

Escalent provides software implementation and customer success support to one of the leading work management software companies. As part of our expanding team, we are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented professional who can quickly understand the nuances of our customer success offering and be part of our growing team in Dublin.

Our team has flexibility in work location - there is a co-working space in Dublin City Centre, or you could work from home or mix it up.

Responsibilities:

The broad responsibility will be understanding the client’s objectives, building custom workflows, and making thoughtful recommendations to solve problems promptly and comprehensively.

  • Build an in-depth understanding of the client's proprietary software.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest best-in-class solutions, project management methodologies, planning tools, and collaboration workflows.
  • Design and create appropriate process documentation for specific clients or workflows.
  • Lead calls/meetings to onboard new customers on the platform. Calls involve speaking directly with senior customer stakeholders to onboard new users/teams, deploy and explain the platform's features, respond to questions, and roll out best practices.
  • Lead/conduct training sessions.
  • Proactively maintain customer information and key milestones and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Manage multiple customer stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle and effectively engage decision-makers.
  • Drive end-to-end customer engagements in French and English

Candidate Profile:

  • 3rd level qualification
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience with at least one year in a "Consultant" or "Customer Success" role.
  • Is passionate about solving problems for customers.
  • Hands-on experience in a project management role will be beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior client stakeholders on phone/video.
  • Successfully manage projects against a deadline.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing conflicting priorities with limited oversight.
  • Fluency in French is essential.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
