Role Overview
In this multi-faceted role, you will cultivate and grow relationships with our clients’ most important consumers by earning their trust, advocating for their needs, developing audience expertise, and creating engaging environments in which to deepen the conversation, draw people out, and make connections. You will support the setup of community, aid account teams to conduct surveys, and utilize your experience to ascertain project teams.
- Build relationships with consumers to encourage sharing of thoughts, feedback, opinions, and emotions that are critical for our C Space teams and our clients.
- Become someone members get to know and trust; respond to member emails/inquiries, advocate for your members.
- Help to define and foster shared purpose and the appropriate tone among consumers in the community. Monitor any breaches given the sensitive topic.
- Author and deliver compelling and effective member communications (e.g., acquisition and onboarding, retention, and ongoing outreach), with an overall efficient engagement plan.
- Onboard community members, ensure community composition, and vet the member-facing community site, for appropriate content and alignment to the client’s objectives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize participation and community vibrancy.
- Reward & recognize members; help them feel valued and appreciated.
- Encourage member-to-member interactions and member-generated content by facilitating conversations, collaborating with consumers, and probing discussion posts – with a focus on engaging them.
- Support your account team with new team member induction, organizing projects and related documentation, assisting with reviewing reports like engagement analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., acquisition, survey recruitment and survey launch) to ensure community setup, seamless and timely survey launch, fieldwork, translation, and others.
- Foster partnership with internal account teams and collaborate for successful client relations. Identify project teams based on the available capacity, past projects, skillsets, and opportunity areas, when needed.

- Versatile communications skills with a comfort adapting tone and tenor to individuals and situations.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines. Fantastic organizational skills: ability to multi-task.
- Flexible, self-managed and self-motivated with a problem solver’s attitude.
- Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficient at prioritizing tasks, working independently, and collaborating across functional areas.
- Curiosity, comfortable asking questions and making connections with others.
- Demonstrate comfort, familiarity and aptitude with various tools and applications such as reporting, social media, Excel, and email.
- Comfortable and articulate in working directly with colleagues and teammates.
- Understanding and familiarity of market research tools is also a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing research, online data collection or other languages is a plus.
