Role Overview

We are looking for a suitable candidate to support one of our Pharmaceutical clients. Primary objective is to assist the client in meeting their mandatory regulatory compliance requirements. This role requires the candidate to have an eye for detail and communicate their thoughts in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and integrate data from multiple sources, like medicinal product information report, licensing records
  • Transcribe the product information into the client supported database(s) and tool(s)
  • Perform accurate coding for the medicinal products, using the client approved standardized dictionary terminology (Medicinal Dictionary for Regulatory Activities)
  • Adhere to business and compliance rules, as per pre-defined SLAs
  • Identify gaps based on client’s requirement and intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues
  • Always meet the deadline with the highest standard of quality
  • Demonstrate high integrity, sense of urgency, ability to recognize time sensitivity
  • Maintain confidentiality of all official information
  • Operate within the agreed customer and Escalent Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous Experience: Requirements 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Educational Requirements Btech Biotechnology or MTech Biotechnology
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Medical terms and terminology
  • Solid time management skills
  • Effectively cope up to the daily deadline requirements
  • Ability to work in different shifts, if required (no night shifts)
  • Professional approach to problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under challenging situations
