Who You Are

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who thrives in fast-moving environments and brings deep qualitative expertise, strong client leadership, and a passion for designing agile research experiences that solve complex business challenges quickly.

You are equally comfortable facilitating rich human conversations, designing rigorous research approaches, and translating ambiguity into actionable insight. You enjoy moving between strategy and execution, can quickly immerse yourself in new categories and bring curiosity, creativity, and confidence to every stage of the research process.

You have experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and excel at delivering high-impact work under accelerated timelines. Experience with online qualitative platforms — particularly Recollective — and designing engaging digital research experiences is strongly preferred.

Base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. If this is not the right range for you, please check out our other openings. This position is 100% remote (you must be based in the United States).

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant on our Pop Up Spaces team, you’ll lead agile, mixed-method research engagements designed to answer urgent business questions with speed, depth, and creativity. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver high-impact research experiences ranging from campaign and concept optimization, to audience deep dives, innovation sprints and ethnographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end research programs, from framing client challenges through designing and executing mixed-method research to deliver actionable insights

  • Translating business problems into effective research strategies, shaping briefs, challenging assumptions, and identifying the right approach

  • Developing and facilitating engaging research experiences for real people, including moderation and activity design to drive rich participant insight

  • Synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights, articulating the “what, so what, and now what”

  • Communicating insights through compelling storytelling, creating deliverables and presenting recommendations to drive client action

  • Managing client engagements and relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects while acting as a trusted advisor

  • Working across global teams and managing hand offs and deadlines across 24 hour operational cycles, to ensure we are meeting our clients' demands for speed

  • Supporting (global) team and capability growth, coaching junior colleagues and contributing to methodological innovation

Qualifications:

We aspire to have all C Spacers bring their full selves to work. As part of this, you will bring a variety of skills, passion, and experience demonstrating that you bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience within market research, consumer insights, or strategic consulting with strong exposure to qualitative research and agile project delivery
  • Strong experience with online research platforms, particularly Recollective, and a proven ability to design engaging participant experiences
  • Deep qualitative research expertise, including designing, moderating, and synthesizing online and mixed-method research
  • Successful experience leveraging AI tools across the research lifecycle, including research design, analysis, and synthesis
  • Experience building and scaling AI-powered solutions across team workflows to increase speed & efficiency of client work
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured research approaches and actionable recommendations
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments, managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Apply creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging activities, methodologies, and approaches that unlock deeper human insight
  • Communicate insights with clarity and impact, through compelling storytelling, confident facilitation, and engagement with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong client leadership and collaboration skills, building trusted advisor relationships while contributing to team development and a culture of learning
  • Bonus: Experience in focus group & IDI moderation (virtual and in person)
